   Product is just as beautiful as you?d hope. It?s my first incense burner so maybe it?s wrong of me to say, but closing the lid will smother the coal and put out the incense. But works perfect with lid open. Maybe that?s who they are supposed to work? But I seen online people use them with lid closed. I?m going to use my drill with metal bits to double the diameter of the holes. That will maintain the beauty and hopefully allow enough oxygen inside to keep the coal alive.
