We ship orders Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm.
Express orders are handled on the same or next business day.
Standard orders are processed in 1-2 business days after payment is received.
USA Shipping and tracking
- DHL Express – delivery within 1 – 3 business days (most US addresses)
- FedEx – delivery within 1-4 business days (most US addresses)
- UPS Expedited – delivery within 4 – 5 business days
- USPS – Once an item arrives in the US and gets scanned by USPS, it can be tracked real time using the USPS Track and Confirm website.
EU Shipping and Tracking
- DHL Express – delivery within 1 – 2 business days
- FedEx – delivery within 2 business days to most cities within Europe
- DHL Global Mail – Most of the orders within the European Union are dispatched via Deutsche Post DHL. Delivery within 1 – 3 weeks
- DPD Economy service is available for selected countries in Europe.

Packaging
- Every item is hand checked and inspected before packaging.
- Secure packaging – we use custom boxes and foam to protect all products and artworks during shipping.
- Candles are wrapped with heat protection material to minimize the risk of melting. If possible, please order your candles when outside temperatures are not extreme.
- We might separate your order in several packages for better protection. Tracking information will be emailed to you once the order is dispatched.
