- Buyer is responsible for providing correct shipping information. If an item is returned due to wrong/incomplete address, we can assist and resend it (buyer pays shipping charges).
- We will provide a full refund or item replacement in case of wrong or damaged item.
- If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return it within 30 days of receipt and get a full refund – no questions asked. Buyer pays return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- We will refund your money within 2 business days of receipt.
- We want our clients to be 100% happy and will accept returns even after 30 days of receipt. If the item is in original condition, we can provide a refund or exchange it.
