Will I pay anything at delivery?
No additional import duties or customs fees are due at delivery. We ship U.S. orders Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), which means we arrange payment of these charges and handle the required customs paperwork with the carrier.
If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, please contact us before paying so we can investigate.
Can customs processing delay my order?
We prepare the required documents to help your shipment clear customs smoothly. However, customs inspections and carrier processing can occasionally cause delays, even when duties have been paid in advance.
